Q: Why does City Blueprint request that they install and train users on every piece of equipment they sell?
A: All of our equipment and services are guaranteed to deliver value to our customers. That value cannot be fully realized unless we are able to provide our customers with the complete experience. We also fully believe that acceptance in technology is directly related to ease of use. If we are unable to properly install your equipment and provide training to all of your staff, difficulties may arise when the equipment needs to be used to meet a deadline. If you and your staff are comfortable with your new piece of equipment and its operation, you will use it effectively within your operation.
Q: Who Services the equipment? Are they certified?
A: We have manufacturer trained and certified technicians that will service your equipment on site to ensure optimal uptime. All of our technicians are easily accessible to you both day and night.
Q: How long has City Blueprint been in business?
A: This is our 45th year in business.
Q: I have a wide format printer, but sometimes have too many jobs to print at once. Will you handle my overflow?
A: Helping customers meet their goals is our first priority. If you have a deadline to meet, we will assist you with overflow projects to be sure your customers are as you are. We also offer pick-up and delivery for local clients.
Q: My service contract on my equipment is ready to expire. Will City Blueprint give me a warranty or a new service contract?
A: If your contract is ready to expire, we will meet with you to discuss your options going forward to be sure that your service contract and equipment meet your current needs.
Q: What if I didn’t purchase my equipment from City Blueprint?
A: Our first goal is to ensure that you have your needs met and we understand that sometimes our products do not meet your needs. Regardless of where you purchase your equipment, we will still service that equipment with the same attention to service and detail as if the equipment came directly from our showroom. Our technicians are certified to work on an extensive list of equipment and our supply inventory is strategically manipulated to be sure we carry and can deliver the supplies you need.
Q: What if I don’t live in near your facility. Will you still sell me equipment/supplies/reprographics?
A: We have two locations to better serve our customer base and our distribution department is designed to meet the needs of all of our customers, no matter their location.
Q: Will you purchase my used equipment?
A: There is a significant market for used and refurbished equipment. One of our sales professionals will meet with you to discuss the market potential of your equipment.
